Who We Are
Altum Law is a Singapore law practice focused on corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, governance and regulatory compliance, private equity and private clients. Established in 2014 by founder and managing director Lee Pih Peng, we have established a strong reputation in the local corporate legal advisory space, with both the firm and our directors, Lee Pih Peng and Gregory Chan, having received The Legal 500 Asia Pacific rankings for capital markets practice1.
We are one of the select 40 firms on Asian Legal Business’s list of ALB Singapore Firms to Watch 2026, such award recognising our potential as a boutique firm that punches above our weight.

Who We Serve
We are privileged to serve as trusted advisors of our clients, who include local and international corporates of various sizes and structures, such as listed issuers, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), NGOs, start-ups and private enterprise. Our clients operate in diverse industries such as technology, industrials and manufacturing, trading, marine and energy, construction and property development, healthcare, AI-enabled services, co-living, retail, food and beverage, and come from different regions, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East.
Our corporate and capital markets practice encompasses the entire spectrum of a listed issuer’s journey, from start-ups at beginning of their corporate journey, to established companies embarking on their initial public offerings, the ongoing compliance and transactional advisory work for corporate actions or restructuring of listed issuers, to (as the case may be) their take-overs, privatisation and delisting from the stock exchange. We are well-known among and have close working relationships with many of the Singapore Exchange’s Catalist full and continuing sponsors operating in Singapore, and regularly advise them or their sponsored listed issuers.
In our private client practice, we advise family offices and high net-worth clients, both Singapore and regionally, on their investments and succession and legacy planning. We also regularly advise institutional investors, venture capital, private equity funds, asset managers and their investee portfolio.
