Practice Training Contracts
We see the training contract as an opportunity for us to nurture to-be lawyers who are passionate about developing an intimate knowledge in our focus areas. We believe in taking in trainees with diverse educational and work backgrounds, to add to the depth and variety of experience of the team. At Altum, we believe that it is not only formally-qualified lawyers who can contribute to our practice, and we actively look out for individuals holding diplomas in law or other suitably qualified individuals to take on the role of providing general and administration support to the lawyers in our team.
